MICHAEL LONGS, Founder, & CEO
R.I.G.H.T. Program
A former ex-abuser and gang affiliate, Michael Longs created R.I.G.H.T.
Program in 2005. One of his many reasons was because an immediate family member committed suicide while under
the influence of cocaine. An entrepreneur, Michael has excelled in the areas of retail,
music entertainment and business development for more than 20 years. As
the CEO and Founder of R.I.G.H.T. Program, Michael is the official signatory
for all contractual agreements, and oversees all operations, and services
offered at its main sites while dealing with Stage 4 Reanl failure. "Nothing will stop me from helping people. I want my children to remember the values I set and hopefully continue the mission" |

Lisa Anugwom, Vice President
Lisa has been a Certified Financial Broker on the state and federal level for more than 5 years. With a degree in Criminology and a minor in Sociology, Lisa has a wealth of experience in the areas of management, financial services, marketing and strategic planning, business development and organizational growth. Under the direction of Michael Longs, CEO, Lisa is responsible for the daily operations of the agency, contract compliance and the supervision of human resources and direct client services. |

Leroy Bilal, Program Director
With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Leroy has assumed the position of program director for the last 3 years at both facilities. Leroy also has extensive experience in the areas of entertainment, business development, management and networking with supportive services. Leroy is the Program Director at the R.I.G.H.T
Program, wherein his responsibilities is to provide leadership, direction, innovation and growth for all client-centered programs. |

Chris Heinecke, Criminal Court Vice President
A former member of the Coast Guard, Chris Heinecke has worked in the supportive
service field for more than 15 years, including a successful tenure at the Millennium
House in the Inland Empire/Valley area. Chris has extensive experience in
the areas of supportive services, referrals to court and diversion programs,
client advocacy and nonprofit administration. Chris has been the Assistant
Coordinator for the R.I.G.H.T. Program wherein he assists in court referrals,
working with superior Court Judges and their administration and agency operations. Chris has been clean over 16 years. |
