Court Order Drug Deferment

R.I.G.H.T. is recognized as a reputable Drug Program in the Los Angeles Criminal Court in downtown Los Angeles. Judges Tynan, Wapner, Swain, and a host of other judges, and Public Defenders and Private Lawyers work with Chris Heinecke; who represents drug offenders and assist with getting them into our program in leu of going to jail or prison, has been doing so for over 14 years. Our team work closely with the judges, Parole and Probation department as well to ensure the needs of the courts are being meet. C.A.A.T.S. agents (Court Assessment and Transport Services) pick the client up from lock up and take them to our facilities. We also have assist in Beverly Hills Court with Judge Revel, Long Beach Court, Fresno Court, and any court within Los Angeles County or the Antelope Valley.
